Didn’t have a appointment available till the following Monday which was a couple days away. My door handle sensor wasn’t working and had check engine light on 2019 Jetta sel, fuel pump went out. I was able to drop it off that day and told me they wouldn’t get to it till Monday , but by my surprise. They keep calling me keeping me updated and they had both issues fixed by the same Monday it was suppose to be taken in which was 3 days due to being the weekend . Service advisor es really friendly and made you feel like a valued customer. Had bad experiences there before due to them loosing the keys but this new advisor surely changed my mind on their service. Will recommend to all my friends with VW service advisor that helped us was Steven Johnson. DID an AMAZING JOB!!!!!!!!! More
