In the beginning they were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They found what was wrong, and said they would order parts to fix my car. They said it would take about 3 days to get the parts. It's been 3 weeks, and I have called up there repeatedly. The advisors are always too busy to take my call, and I am told that they will call me back. Again- 3 weeks - no word from anybody. Sorry guys - I can't give a good rating for such poor service. More

I had a good experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The service was completed sooner than promised. They shuttled me back to work and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. I wasn’t impressed with the delay in getting parts and service done in a timely manner. They had my car for over a week for warranty work and didn’t provide me with a loaner. The service department wasn’t very welcoming to us and our vehicle. We wondered if they treated us differently because we didn’t buy our Volkswagen at their dealership. This dealership doesn’t speak well for the Volkswagen brand. The estimate was also lower for the standard oil change and tire rotation then what the actually cost was as part of our service. More
