had an appointment for oil change and for a recall on my Volkswagen Beetle. The oil change was satisfactory. However, it wasn't until the vehicle was there for over an hour that I received the call that t Volkswagen Beetle. The oil change was satisfactory. However, it wasn't until the vehicle was there for over an hour that I received the call that the I would have to return because they did not have the part(s) to fix the recall. We drove approximately one hour and 15 minutes for this appointment and when I called, they confirmed that yes they could fix the recall issue. Very disappointed that we were not notified prior to the appointment that the recall would not be fixed and would we want to wait and reschedule. I felt this should had been handled differently. Note: not sure who the service rep was but I believe it was Jeff. More
