I spent 4 hours at dealership waiting for vehicle service. Upon leaving was told I would get receipt and be able to pay online. I received a link to pay, which I did. Service manager was great warmed me of my bad tires,great service! But the girl who checked me in and out had NO clue what she was doing! Needed a special lugnut wrench to rotate my tires. I wasn't aware I had one, so they helped me find it in the spare tire well of my trunk. Good to know! Great service. Only problem is the lack of communication between the front desk to service and the customer. I could really tell from that alone who values the quality of their work and who is there just fo between the front desk to service and the customer.
