I had to order new brakes and caliper for my 2022 Atlas that I bought brand new from the dealership. I was asked to contact the parts department to make the order and make the payment for the parts upfron that I bought brand new from the dealership. After 10 days of the order and after no being contacted by anyone at the dealership, I called to check on the status of the order. I was advised that they have received the parts and I cam bring the vehicle the next day. I dropped off the Atlas first thing in the morning. Later that morning, I received a text message indicating that the parts were not received and that they would keep the Vehicle over the weekend. I was given a loaner that is not any fashion compared to my vehicle. The loaner was very dirty and the interior of the vehicle smelled. I requested a different vehicle given the state of the loaner and the fact that I am in the market for a new sedan vehicle. The service agent checked with the service manager who declined my request although other loaners were available. For one, this dealership should evaluate how customers are treated at the service center in an effort to retain customers. Honestly speaking, I love my Atlas, but after that treatment, I have no desire to do service at this dealership again. After the weekend passed and not hearing from anyone, I called to check on the status of the repair, the agent told me that he would contact me when its ready with no approximate time or date. This is not a way to treat customers. I believe VW has better standards than this. I hope someone can take this review seriously and do something about it. Finally, I agev requested the service department to check the alignment on my vehicle since the car drifts to the left ever since I changed the tires and did alignment back in July. I picked up the car with no update or information on whether they checked the alignment. The car continues to drift to the left and I am seriously not sure how to communicate with anyone about this.
