Couldn’t help resolve my problem My car has had problems with the proper operation of it’s fuel door. During my last fill up, the fuel door actuator malfunctioned and the fuel door wo My car has had problems with the proper operation of it’s fuel door. During my last fill up, the fuel door actuator malfunctioned and the fuel door would not close. I brought the car in to have the fuel door looked at, but nothing abnormal could be found even after the technician tested the fuel door’s function multiple times. I know the fuel door does not function properly. It’s just a matter of time before it locks in the closed position and won’t re-open. The design of the fuel door is flawed, and should be corrected. I’ll be contacting VW N. America about it as well. The service staff did nothing wrong and were professional and polite with me, but the problem lies with the design, not the service. More

Every person I dealt with was genuine, and gave me a sense of trust in an industry where I sometimes find it hard to trust people. I am a resident of Illinois, into town just outside of Chicago, Though, Because of how I was treated, I would consider coming back to the dealership. The whole experience was a blessing, and I am thankful for it. More
