Dominique goes above and beyond! Dominique has helped me the last two times that I have brought in my vehicles. He is very patient and he does a great job of explaining the different Dominique has helped me the last two times that I have brought in my vehicles. He is very patient and he does a great job of explaining the different needs that my vehicles have. I recently brought in my Sienna van for a recall on the sliding doors and the wiring. I initially brought the van in hoping this could be completed, but it looked like it wasn't going to work. Dominique was able to get the parts needed and complete a tire rotation while also bringing the car to my place of work so that I could get about my day and keep working. He is excellent! Lastly, I brought the van in for an oil change, but he made sure that I didn't do that too early. The van didn't need it for another 5,000 miles. The mechanics caught that my brakes needed to be changed, and he explained the issue with the breaks in a way that a non automotive guy (like me) could understand. Thanks, Dominique!!! More

Horrible Customer Service Ordered tires online, and set a date. Arrived at saididate, I was told they had no tires in stock to fit my car and no knowledge of my order. I showed them my email confirmation showing what I had ordered and the appointment time. They shrugged their shoulders and said they never get the online orders. We blocked off an entire Saturday afternoon for this, as we live an hour away. So we wasted this time for no reason especially since we wanted to get this done days before but their online system showed the soonest appointment was two days away. A TOTAL WASTE Of our time. I received the apology as I was walking out the door. More

Experience Generally Terrible I went to the dealership yesterday to simply get an oil change and get my tires rotated. It was fine for the first little while, but then one of the s I went to the dealership yesterday to simply get an oil change and get my tires rotated. It was fine for the first little while, but then one of the service advisers came up and told me they were changing my filters all of a sudden, which I did not ask for. They charged me $40 per filter, which is ridiculous, and they also did not rotate my tires because one of my wheels were bent, which it wasn't. When I finally left the dealership 2 hours later, my car was noticeably shaking when I drove onto the tire that was "bent." I am extremely unsatisfied with the service they provided and would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I got an email from Dean Hovis telling me I had been approved for a loan for a new vehicle. Honestly, I thought this was some sort of telemarketing or scam. I am really happy that I took the opportunity to investigate, get to know Dean and the wonderful staff at Joe Machens. Eve my 10 year old granddaughter will no longer let me get any service done unless she can go with me. She said she can't wait until she is old enough to buy her first car from Dean. More
