Service is good, Entune, not I have no complaints with the service. Timel, courteous and professional. I had a bit of difficulty getting the person who was doing the schedule to u I have no complaints with the service. Timel, courteous and professional. I had a bit of difficulty getting the person who was doing the schedule to understand my needs but on the day of, spot on. The Entune system however, needs to be gotten rid of. On software update 1011 and still doesn’t work. I spent a lot of money on a new car and could have bought one with a proven system. Cmon Toyota!!! More

Sold me something I didn't ask for. I had a coupon for a 25.00$ oil change. I pulled up and a nice lady tried to sell me a couple of items which I politely declined. When I went to pay, I had a coupon for a 25.00$ oil change. I pulled up and a nice lady tried to sell me a couple of items which I politely declined. When I went to pay, she handed me a bill for 43.00$ and proceeded to inform me that my Prius called for synthetic motor. Of course since I have three prius's I already know that. To save money I do the synthetic motor oil every other oil change. The car is no longer under warranty so this is my decision. I was angry that your sales person thought I was not capable of making that decision. More
