Cost vs what I was told when making appointment I was told on the phone while making an appointment for an oil change that the regular cost was 38 95. I had a 19.99 coupon I got in the mail.,the charge was 35.00 and some change.the service advisor said the call center makes appointments and they didn't know what they were talking about. They need to be trained to give the correct information so the customer doesn't get sticker shock when seeing the final charge. Other then that everything was great. More
