Waited way too long to check out. After our name was called, we waited an additional 30-40 minutes to check out. The advisor said to wait when we got up there because she was so backed up so then we waited another half hour to pay. Then why was our name called? With that wait, our oil change appointment took two hours. Ridiculous. More

The cost I like to maintain my car at the center however the price is big challenge because it is highest than the other local service centers. I totaled my 4 Runner in November by hitting a deer, very sad day for me, I loved that car! This was a visit with my Highlander today. Toyota brand has been good to me, hoping this Highlander is as great as the 4Runner was. I received all of my maintenance on 4Runner at JM Toyota, plan to do the same with Highlander. I will also ask for Terry for service needs in the future. More
