It was so nice to have my car run thru a carwash--I had been used to that with my Toyota when I lived in Connecticut, but then I switched to a Ford when I moved here and I didn't get that, so am happy about that. 30,000 mile maintenance of my Prius V I easily made a scheduled appointment, received a reminder about it, and they were ready to work on my car when I arrived. Great except for the Wait. Had an spot for 9 am but waited until 11. Went on Saturday (didn't know they did not have shuttle service on Sat.
