Not happy with most recent services We have taken our Camry there 3 times to have the air conditioner. With the most recent repair completed yesterday June 30th. I am not happy plus the car pulls to the left which it wasn't doing when we took the car in. The service representative tried to ensure the car was fixed appropriately but I am not sure what keeps happening. We are not happy after all the money we have spent and car still not fixed More

Needed a safety inspection I was TWO days past my safety inspection of 60 days. I only have a little over 10,000 miles on my car so it is really good condition but state rules I was TWO days past my safety inspection of 60 days. Service I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and 55,000 mike service per my Toyota care plan. I dropped off T 7am and my vehicle wasn’t completed unt I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and 55,000 mike service per my Toyota care plan. I dropped off T 7am and my vehicle wasn’t completed until 250pm. I wasn’t told that it would be ready so late until I called at 1pm for an update. The shuttle service only runs every 30 minutes and is not convenient as there isn’t even a kiosk to meet to ensure you are on a list for the shuttle. You just have to hope you are within earshot when the driver walks through the building before he gets in the car. I picked up my vehicle at 340 and the fluids weren’t even topped off. I just recently moved from Escondido Ca and didn’t realize how much better the service was until I had something to compare it to. I will most likely base my next service around a road trip so as to avoid this service center More
