Not sure!! Not sure as to what is going on with the service department at machen's. When I would bring my other Machen's vehicle I would always receive a car was Not sure as to what is going on with the service department at machen's. When I would bring my other Machen's vehicle I would always receive a car wash and vacuum. Toyota service did okay on the service but didn't wash my van. Also even though I had an appointment, it seems like it didn't matter, due to the time it took to get the service done. More

Good but too expensive I felt that I was overcharged for price of Alternator that cost in your shop $823. I search on internet same part# of alternator and found that price I felt that I was overcharged for price of Alternator that cost in your shop $823. I search on internet same part# of alternator and found that price is $150-$400 on at least 10 places. I feel that I pay for 2 alternators which you will use 2nd one later to install on someon else car. I call and ask for explanation, I explained the situation and this person understand and agrees that I was charged to much for one alternator, he says that he cannot help me, but he did gave me phone# from menager who can help, but he is on vacation at this moment. I call this menager and left him a message, I hope he will call me back when he returns from his vacation. More

Not a good experience It’s hard to evaluate whether the work was done adequately. Also, I presented a $25 coupon at check-in for the oil change which may not have been appl It’s hard to evaluate whether the work was done adequately. Also, I presented a $25 coupon at check-in for the oil change which may not have been applied to my final bill (there was no indication on the bill). Furthermore, one of the major reasons for my visit was to have the VFC/VFC-OFF/CheckEngine dashboard lights, which remain “on” after starting the engine, turned off. When I made the service appointment I was not given an estimate of the cost of turning off these indicator lights, but my service advisor told me that the cost of examining the reason for this malfunction and correcting it would be well over $100. I therefor declined to proceed with it. More
