Oil Change Terry and Paula were very courteous and friendly and provided great service. I forgot to tell them not to put the emergency brake on because the cable Terry and Paula were very courteous and friendly and provided great service. I forgot to tell them not to put the emergency brake on because the cable sticks. Paula was very helpful in finding a tech to make sure I got the emergency brake released. One thing that I found disheartening was that it took 2 hours to change the oil. I did have an appointment so it wasn't like I was just a drop by. Did not get the complimentary car/truck wash, however, that may no longer be offered, I'm not sure. On a lighter side, whoever made the popcorn forgot to put salt on it, LOL. More

Why did an oil change take so long? Had an 830 AM appointment for a routine 30000 mile maintenance. Dropped off my vehicle and was assured it would be ready by noon. Shuttle and pick-up could be improved. While I appreciate the shuttle service after dropping off my vehicle, I was late to work because everyone else was dropped off first.
