Poor communication First, the guy who checked me in did not listen to me. I told him my rotors needed checked as they were grabbing. He didn’t tell them I also requested an oil change. Jacqueline called me to let me know she recommended an oil change and that is when I asked about my rotors. My van had to go back thru service to get checked and the brakes and rotors replaced. The shuttle to pick me up was 20-25 min late, then I had to wait on Jacqueline to finish a personal cell phone call to schedule her quilting class before she could help me. Very poor service. . More

The guy i worked with was not friendly Went in for services and the guy I worked with was very unfriendly and seemed like he didn't want to work with me.
