Service was great! However there were multiple employees and customers without masks. It was clear no one cared. I did not feel comfortable there at all in this pandemic. I also saw roughly 20 employees dur and customers without masks. It was clear no one cared. I did not feel comfortable there at all in this pandemic. I also saw roughly 20 employees during my time there grab a plastic water bottle from the fridge when there is a perfectly good water station for reusable cups. Maybe you guys should encourage use of that instead of contributing to the plastic pollution problem. More

The minute I pulled into the garage Forest came and greeted me. He remembered my last visit regarding my moonroof and asked how it was doing. I told him that it works better now than when it was fact greeted me. He remembered my last visit regarding my moonroof and asked how it was doing. I told him that it works better now than when it was factory built. i told him I needed my oil changed and tires rotated and he said he would take care of me. We went around pricing new cars and trucks. One thing I alway like about Joe Machens is that i never feel like I’m being pressured by a sales asking me to buy. We did have 3 salesmen ask if we needed help. We alway stated no we were just browsing because of my truck being serviced. but we were curious about cars and prices. Even though they knew we weren’t buying they still gave us time and told us about the cars. In 2021 I will be buying a Nissan Titan Pro-X and it will be from Joe Machens. More
