I'm always impressed with their timeliness in making sure that they get the work done reasonable and If they can't they let me know ahead of time that it's going to take longer than expected. Service on 10/24 (oil change, tire rotation, change air filter and replace battery) took just under an hour. Service was fine. Staff friendly. But was recommended for $1,000 of "additional" work that I got a 2nd opinion on...and it was determined to NOT be needed at this time.
