I was delivered a seemingly unsure diagnostic of my brake issue. I was also told how worn out the pads were with zero reference given to what a normal pad should be. I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up at 4:45 and the dealership closes at 5:30, leaving me very little time to organize rides.
