I originally purchased a Juke from Scott and Joe Machen's Nissan in February 2011. I returned in February 2012 looking to purchase a new Altima. Scott was a great salesperson. They were both straight forward with the pricing and financing and made the buying experience great. I LOVE my new Altima and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Both of these men wre courteous and understanding at all times. We had no idea just how busy it would be on Saturday; it made for a long afternoon, made tolerable only because of these two men. I believe that we would have left, were it not for Bill. There is a Nissan dealership just three minutes from our home, yet we chose to purchase from Joe Machens Nissan, primarily because of thos two guys. Solomon is a gentleman who is easy to bond with in sales. For example when I drove to a dealership in KC to test drive a new car and trade in my truck. The person in charge of valuing trade-ins practically slapped me in the face about a defect about the engine knocking. Well it was news to me about a defect of my truck engine. My point is this, he could have been easy on me and said Mr. Quinlan can you hear the knocking? That is a $1,500 dollar problem for us to correct. I did not have this problem when we purchased a new Nissan from Solomon with the trade-in. So later in time, we are searching for a used car and we locate Solomon because of our previous experience with Solomon and purchase our son a newer used car from Machens Nissan. More

Bill Sheets was the actual sales associate my husband dealt with, but since then my husband had to go out of town for work and I've dealt with Bill on a number of questions I've had and additional access dealt with, but since then my husband had to go out of town for work and I've dealt with Bill on a number of questions I've had and additional accessories added to the vehicle, and Bill has gone above and beyond. In addition, on ocassion when I've had questions and could not reach Bill Sheets, Scott Glasgow has stepped in to answer my questions with much professionalism. Even though he was not the salesman, he had no problem checking on accessories or giving me suggestions. About a year ago I had a very bad experience with this dealership and did not want to go back, but I am glad my husband decided to come back because Joe Machens Nissan has an class act dealership and an outstanding team of salesmen.
