Very long story. First, they sold us the wrong car. Picked up the right car. They did the paperwork wrong. They sent someone to me with the theoretically corrected paperwork. Jacked up the price by 5 g Picked up the right car. They did the paperwork wrong. They sent someone to me with the theoretically corrected paperwork. Jacked up the price by 5 grand. Sent someone again, finally right. They assured me they would overnight my copies. Had to call them and tell them to come get the car in order for them to get me my copies so I could license it. This entire process took about four weeks. Then about 6 weeks ago, I got a recall notice. I called to set the appointment up and they told me it was a two step process. They check to see if I need the recall (2 hours) then if I do, only then will they order parts. Then I have to come back to have it fixed (3 more hours). I explained that I live out of town, I'm busy, and could you just have the parts so we can knock it out in one day. The guy I talked to CALLED ME BACK and said, absolutely, we understand, we'll take care of it all same day. So I take it over there. They look at it. 2 hours later, they come out and say, you need the recall. Now we'll order parts. So that pissed me off. No apology was forthcoming. Last week, they called to say the parts were in. I set up an appointment and told them I would drop it off the Friday before. So I go over there, put my keys in the night drop and left it there. At noon today, I called and asked of it was done. And yes, I mentioned my name. Yes, they say, your car is done. So I went over there to get it. They couldn't find the paperwork....because they didn't check the night drop and they didn't know my car was there. One of the guys actually insisted that I had already picked up my car?? They thought my car was a different one they had fixed earlier in the day. They gave me a loaner and I have to go back. Again. Monday night. And all through this, the service guys were laughing their asses off. As compensation, they changed my oil, rotated my tires, and detailed the car, so there is that. I have never in my life witnessed such all around incompetency. Start to finish. Every single time I've had to deal with them, it's been a bumpy road. More

Jonathan Barfield made getting into a 2012 easy and affordable. When checking out the car, he knew the in's and out's of the whole vehicle. I described what my vehicle would mostly be used for (lots of affordable. When checking out the car, he knew the in's and out's of the whole vehicle. I described what my vehicle would mostly be used for (lots of driving for my new job in Minneapolis, MN) and he made sure to get me in an AWD Rogue with awesome extras. He was very friendly-- he greeted me with a smile, and at no point tried to get me to commit to something I didn't want or need. While filling out and signing paperwork, Jonathan easily summed up each page and answered all questions I had. Overall, I have had no better buying experience (with any item) than my purchase of my 2012 Nissan Rogue from Jonathan Barfield at Joe Machens Nissan! More

Don't ever buy from this dealersip!!! You are going to lose your money when you buy form this HORRIBLE dealership. They are kind of helpful when they need to sell their cars but once car is sold, they do lose your money when you buy form this HORRIBLE dealership. They are kind of helpful when they need to sell their cars but once car is sold, they don't deliver anything. On their wesbite, they clearly had navigation system and garage door opener as options for the car but car didn't equipped with these itmes. When I inquired about these items pretty much they say you have to get it for yourself. Please don't every buy any cars from these guys. They advertise price using all equipped options but in fact it doesn't have it. You will going to lose money when you buy from this dealership. More
The professionalism, courtesy and effeciency with which James Williams operated was above and beyond my expectations. Matthew McMahon initiated the sale, but was unable to be present the day I arrived. H James Williams operated was above and beyond my expectations. Matthew McMahon initiated the sale, but was unable to be present the day I arrived. He referred me to James Williams, who was the best possible salesperson for me and my personality. He was patient and kind, inspite of my indecisiveness and gave me excellent guidance in selected a vehicle without coercing or coaxing me toward his way of thinking. James reflected my feelings, acknowledged my opinions and went out of his way to find just the right type of vehicle for my needs with many extras I hadn't even anticipated. Greg finished the deal off with the financial paperwork. He was very helpful, courteous and professional as well. I can't say enough possitive things about my experience. I'd like to also note that I was a cosigner on my son's vehicle and worked with Matthew McMahon and Adam with that deal that was done with equal professionalism and courtesy. More
This is to inform you we are VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS! This is to inform you we are VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS! Our family bought 2 trucks in 1 week and spent $70,000.00. Since buying our trucks we This is to inform you we are VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS! Our family bought 2 trucks in 1 week and spent $70,000.00. Since buying our trucks we have been yelled at, made fun of and treated like crap. The last visit to your Nissan store your finance manager yelled at and raised his voice at my husband, Roger Dixon, as we were leaving.Roger said nothing to him. He got up to push me out of the office in my wheelchair so we could get out of the office and the finance manager started in on my husband. Before leaving the store we asked for him to call you and he flat refused. While sitting outside in my wheelchair one of your salesmen made a statement that I belonged in the chair. That was totally uncalled for. There were several sales staff standing inside pointing fingers at us and laughing at us. I do not know what they were saying since there was a glass between us. Guess we were the butt of their jokes. I tried calling you several times but was never able to speak with you. Seems like my phone calls were not important enough for you to answer. Then our son, Jeremy Dixon, has a bad rim and the tires are splitting due to belts breaking. This is unacceptable! How did his truck pass your inspection with the tires the way they are and the rim bent? You did not pay for the rim, it was done under Warranty so there was no money from you. He let you all know 1 week after he purchased it. Jeremy offered to pay half the price of the tires and was told NO! Now we feel you should pay 100% for the tires. He is also a disabled veteran. I am now going to put the white paint on our truck telling people NOT TO DEAL WITH JOE MACHENS PERIOD! Especially if you are a veteran or are handicapped. You can contact MnM Auto Sales in Jefferson City Missouri if you think I won't do it. They can tell you we will as we have done it to them in the past. I'm also taking this to Facebook as to how we have been treated by your COMPANY! We have tried to work with you but I can see what we have heard is wrong. You don't try to work with your customers and make things right. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The paint will remain on the truck until things are made right. Stop and think how many people will see it at the VA Hospital where we go for medical treatment. These tires being defective could have caused our son to have a wreck and been hurt or even worse. This should have been fix before it ever left your lot. Until this is made right the paint and Facebook will stay on. Our son had to put out ($1400.00) for new tires that should have been replace before the pick up was sold. If we don't hear from you the paint will go on, then put on Facebook and this well be sent to the BBB. You need to decide how you want to take care of this. You have no customer service. If this is how you treat customer's after they spend $70,000 then you DO NOT NEED TO BE IN BUSINESS!! Roger and Joan Dixon 1-573-619-4501 PS. We do not want to be contacted by one of your people who just blow smoke and have no intention on solving the problem. Looking forward to hearing from you Mr. Gary Drewing. You said you would talk to any one who called you, but you prove that not what you will do. So by Wednesday the 9th of may the White paint will go on the pickups and I'll make sure I go by the TV station and let them see it, and by anywhere they are set up. Then we have the VA Hospital. Josh Elder was great to work with. My Wife & I went in to look for a new truck since we enjoy fishing. The vehicle we had at the time wasn't able to reach the places I like to go. The thing I liked t in to look for a new truck since we enjoy fishing. The vehicle we had at the time wasn't able to reach the places I like to go. The thing I liked the most about Josh was that he was straight forward & to the point. There wasn't hours and hours of back and forth negotiating which I appreciated. I told Josh what I would he willing to pay, and he went back and worked until he got the deal done. We drove off the lot with a brand new 2012 Nissan Frontier, and couldn't be happier with it. More
