A very professional experience I came in for an oil change and drove right in the service area. I was greeted promptly and very courteously. I was directed to the waiting area as I came in for an oil change and drove right in the service area. I was greeted promptly and very courteously. I was directed to the waiting area as I needed a ride to work. I was a little disappointed in that the usual pastries were not there, and the TV was not on, so the was a bit of awkwardness with that. I was notified as soon as the shuttle was ready leave, and the driver took my information very quickly and we were on our way. It was a very safe ride, with professional conversation along the way. Attentive and not pushy We walked into the dealership knowing we wanted a Santa Fe or a Santa Fe sport, but not sure beyond that. Joe, our salesman, asked us the details of w We walked into the dealership knowing we wanted a Santa Fe or a Santa Fe sport, but not sure beyond that. Joe, our salesman, asked us the details of what we needed and wanted in a vehicle. He then pointed us to the Santa Fe because we wanted a larger towing capacity. The dealership had to locate a vehicle for us, and found one in Omaha, then got it to Columbia. We were given generous trade-in allowances as well. Chris in finance was equally attentive and not pushy at all, listening and answering questions. Our car has lived up to our expectations so far. More

Terrible! Bought a car and the with in the first 10 days the check engine light and traction control light came on. bought an extended warranty which they said Bought a car and the with in the first 10 days the check engine light and traction control light came on. bought an extended warranty which they said wouldn't cover what was wrong with the car I had for only 10 days. Tried to make me pay for said part and labor which turned into an all day fight with manager and assistant who not only didn't appologize for the inconvenience but also made me feel like a complete idiot with their poor customer service skills. Seemed like they were telling me that it was a used car and you never know what might happen with a used car, even though the car I bought had less than 40,000 miles. Made me feel like it was my fault for having issues since I could only afford a used car and not new. Seems like they want people to buy their cars but aren't willing to even stand behind them for even 10 days. Any other place I have ever bought a car from has always promised that if anything went wrong within the first 30 days that they would be more than happy to fix it. Eventually got them to agree to fix it for me with no charge on my part. Only good experience I've had here was with Tyler in the service dept. He was exceptional at his job sitting with me making sure I understood everything he was doing. Very nice, polite, and in no way condescending. More
