I had determined that I needed & wanted an explorer for my business & pleasure. Brad assisted in finding the 'perfect' explorer with all the options I needed/wanted as well as options I did not desire. We keep our vehicles a long time; this explorer was ours for just under 7 years. It was so easy to enjoy my explorer for that time the help from the dealership's service and maintenance and Brad. Brad was always there to make sure I had something to drive while my car was being serviced and to answer questions I might have had regardless how silly they might have been. We just trade my '07 explorer for a new '14 explorer. Yes, Brad was there every step of the way. He knew what I liked and don't like from the first one, we worked together over the phone and website to narrow the search to the 'perfect' one, again. I have and I will recommend Brad to anyone looking for a vehicle. He is great....salesman with out pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband is the mayor of Eldon, Mo and was at the dealership on city business. He noticed the great selection of pre-owned Ford Escapes and told me about them. I went to the dealer's website and looked at some of them. I then emailed Lance Burns directly and he was wonderful!!. Emailed me back shortly with the description of a vehicle that I was looking for. He offered to bring the vehicle home with him on that night, as he also lives in Eldon, Mo. I agreed, he let me keep it overnight, took my trade to the dealership the next day, offered us a great deal, got the financing and payments that he promised, and then brought all of the paperwork that we needed and my personal belongings here to us that night. We didn't even have to leave Eldon to purchase this like new, pre-owned Ford Esacape. I would recommend ths dealership to all of my family and friends. Brad Davis changed my outlook on buying vehicles, I had an excellent experience, Brad had all the paperwork ready when I got to the dealership so I did not have to set and wait for hours, so I signed my paperwork and we went out to my new car and Brad sat out with me and explained every gadget and button and how things operated making sure I understood everything with my new vehicle. Rynda Nichols was willing to show us as many cars as necessary so that we would find the vehicle that was right for us. She answered all of our questions as quickly as possible, and was quite knowledga necessary so that we would find the vehicle that was right for us. She answered all of our questions as quickly as possible, and was quite knowledgable about the cars. If she was unsure of the correct answer she found it for us. Not once in the time that we were test-driving different models did Rynda try to steer us in any direction, she just was very patient with us and kept looking and answering questions. After we found a used vehicle that we liked Adam Neale set it up so that we could drive the car for a few days to see if it was really the car for us. On a whim after we returned the car that we had borrowed we wanted to look at a new car. We took one for a test drive and decided that overall going new was probably better for us. Todd in finance was very pleasant to work with as well. He worked very diligently trying to get us in the payment and interest ranges that we asked for. Everyone that we encountered at Joe Machens was very freindly, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It felt like we were visting with family. More
