Everything was great except it took four hours to wait on paper work. Too long to wait. Arrived at 3:30. Had our vehicle picked out by 4:30. Finished at 8:05. Excuse was something about computer not working but was not told this until 7:45 when we start signing. Had our granddaughter with us who was very hungry and thirsty. Had we know something was not working, we could have left to eat and then came back. Then we had an hour drive home. Not happy about that. More

Recent vacation to Montana resulted in cracked drivers side door glass on our 2020 Lincoln Navigator. Also resulted in the need for “The Works”. Glass was ordered and received quickly.
