I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Escape hybrid. The whole process went extremely well and the pricing is by far the best around. My wife and I purchased a new 2025 Ford Explorer from Cameron Neal. He was very friendly and helpful. He made time to answer questions for us even when he wasn't at work. He broke down the deal so it was easily understood and worked with us on our trade in. Mike Butler is very friendly and showed us around when we were between financing and the Cameron. Bobby in financing helped us get what we needed for the new car without making us feel pressured. He also clarified some issues we had with financing at the Jeep dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and Cameron Neal at Joe Machens Ford if you want an honest and helpful salesman. More
