I recently traded with Ryan and honestly, couldn’t have had a better experience! I called my Joe Machens Through fault entirely my own, the bumper of my beautiful Ford Fusion SEL had a too-close encounter with an immovable object. I called my Joe Machens dealership and was connected with Joan Reed in Joe Machens Body & Paint, who immediately dispatched a towing service. Within 24 hours Mike Golden called with an estimate and timeframe for parts and repairs. Upon completion of initials repairs, Mr. Golden provided me with an estimate for (optional) painting needed match my vehicle’s color. My vehicle was returned to me in like-new condition with perfectly matching bumper. Mr. Golden even dispatched the courtesy van for me! All work completed within the indicated timeframe at a very reasonable cost exactly as estimated. Thank you, Joan Reed for so expeditiously dispatching the towing service and for processing all the paperwork. Thank you, Mike Golden, for accurately estimating costs and for keeping me updated on the status of repairs. Special thanks to the expert technicians Brandon Gaddis and Richard Pedroley who so perfectly restored my vehicle to like-new condition in less than two weeks. I enjoyed them both until they tried to sell me the extras such as maintenance and extended warranties. ,etc. I have been in various sales positions in my career and sold farm and construction equipment.. I offered the additional add ons and explained them well . but never made anyone feel that they were obligated or were foolish not to buy them. Jeremy and Mark tried every angle to sell me the extras. As I said they are great guys but this type of preasure is not accepted by a lot of buyers. Someone may want to review these sales tactics .Believe me as a regional sales manager. Operations manager and salesman these tactics do not work with a lot of buyers. Sincerely. Dana Lewis More
