After test driving the 2 vehicles we told him we needed to look at one other vehicle at a different location before we made our decision. He wished us well and did not give us the "usual" pressure to not leave. We checked out the other vehicle and they gave us a great offer. We decided to go back to Mack and he was able to negotiate an even better offer. Success! More

Manager named Damon was trying to negotiate the price, he was passive aggressive, and very use. Came to buy a car, ended up leaving disappointed. Salesman, named Tony was great; super helpful and was honestly jusy trying to get the price down, but I was going to buy from him. Until that awful manager involvement, that was probably the worst experience I've ever had with dealership. Ended up buying from Honda Columbia, highly recommended. More
