Buying our new F350 Turbo XLT was a piece of cake at Joe Machens Ford in Columbia. Mike Butler was our salesperson and couldn't ask for a nicer man and Bobby Hodge was our financial person. About every 2-3 years we trade in for a new vehicle. It’s what we like to do. We trade with Joe Machens because the sales people are personable and the service is exceptional. He makes sure before we leave the lot we understand all the new gadgets on the vehicle. The great thing I can show up anytime and Ryan will explain when I’m not sure how to do something.
