Brad was very helpful in locating the vehicle I wanted. I was very specific in what I wanted and he was willing to find it. I have returned to Brad with my husband and mother to purchase vehicles. My family and I have bought many vehicles from Joe Machens Ford. In the past year I have sent 3 of my family members and 2 friends to Brad Davis to buy cars. Brad is always helpful and finds us what we are looking for. Brad is never pushy and treats us like we are more than customers. Brad goes the extra mile after the sale to make sure we are happy with the car. If there is ever any service on our cars we take it to machens as well and Brad offers to get us anywhere we need to go or help with any problems we maybe having. More
We purchased a used 2003 ford with 74,000 miles on it. They stated they had done an inspection and everything checked out fine. I do not believe that to be the case, after 7 days of owning the truck (4 da They stated they had done an inspection and everything checked out fine. I do not believe that to be the case, after 7 days of owning the truck (4 days driving it) it began to have problems. After less than 30 days we had put over $2000 in trying to get it fixed and as of right now it sounds like it is a compression problem in the engine. Joe Machens said that they are unable to do anything since we purchased it "as is" I would understand if it had been over 30 days or is was a minor problem but this is unacceptable. More
Called the dealership at 11 am and set an appointment for that evening to come buy a vehicle. After loading up 4 kids (ages 8yrs to 4 weeks), driving over an hour in the snow, the car over heating on the way that evening to come buy a vehicle. After loading up 4 kids (ages 8yrs to 4 weeks), driving over an hour in the snow, the car over heating on the way and 5 o'clock traffic, we finally arrived. However we were then told the car we were coming for was sold 30 mins earlier. Not so much as a sorry. After leaving very angry and disappointed I called the sales manager who then blamed the "system" not the staff. I was informed that we had been put on a list and the vehicle was on hold but an error had occurred somewhere and now another couple was waiting on financing for the car we wanted. I was so happy to quickly inform them that we came with CASH and they had just lost any future business we might have done with them. Nothing about this was right but they were sure happy to try to sell us something else ( no we didn't give them the chance). I really believe they were never going to sell us the car we were looking at and it was all a dishonest ploy to get us to their lot. More
I found a used car from this dealership on autotrader, emailed Dan B. for more info. Dan was quick to respond through email and called. When it came time to get down to business Dan was excellent to work with and facilitated the dollars discussion with Dave. Todd handled all the paperwork quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was great and made it worth the 100 mile trip (each way). It sure was cold out and I bet Dan is glad he doesn't have to move that compact car around anymore. More

I scheduled an appointment to look at a new Focus. I show up early.
