My experience at Joe Machen's was fantastic. I assumed with my budget, schedule, and criteria needed on a new to me car that it would be a difficult and tedious process. From day one Taylor Barton took the time to sit down and truly listen to my needs. I needed to find a car quickly as my current one just wasnt reliable at all anymore. She worked with me around my schedule (two jobs), wants, and budget. I didn't feel pushed at all, she truly listened. When we did find the car that was the perfect fit, Machen's even put me into a loaner vehicle so I could have reliable transportation until my car was fully ready for me. Charlie Brown worked with me on financing and I feel like I got a great deal on the price of the car AND an awesome warranty. I still can't believe how smoothly everything went and how much these two employees worked with me and tailored to my needs. Machen's made what is usually a stressful event a pleasant one! I will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you! More

Taylor has been the best salesperson we have ever had. First we live in a small town and they always say shop @ home. Well we tried but neither salesmen at either of our local dealership ever followed thr First we live in a small town and they always say shop @ home. Well we tried but neither salesmen at either of our local dealership ever followed thru. So I had purchased my Toyota a year and a half ago with Taylor and she did a great job, so I called her. She had thought she had found us what we were looking for. It was a new trade in and she hunted for it for a week and found out someone had already sold it. So then last week she found the exact car, color and options we were wanting. She even let us take it home and try it out. We loved it and after taking it back, they detailed it and had everything fixed that needed done for the inspection, she then took the time on her day off to bring it to us, so we wouldn't have to make the trip up there again. On top of that right before we were to meet we found out my daughter's car that we were trading in was in a hit and run in the parking lot where she works. Of course I was freaking out, and Taylor was so calm and called her manager and told us not to worry, she then drove our trade in back to their dealership which is 40 minutes from our home called me the next day and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. We took care of it with our insurance and even though the person who hit the car has not been found, Taylor made what started as a bad day into a good one. She went above the call of duty, took a lot of her time on and off to work very hard for us. If there is an award for a salesman she deserves it! Michelle Warmbrodt More
