We were in the market for a used Ford Escape we E-mailed an inquiry on a certain 2012 Escape and got a phone call from Bruce within 24 hrs. We set up an appointment with Bruce and within a few hours after meeting with him we were driving home in our newly purchased Escape. He made the sale to us without pressure and got us the best price available for our trade.
