Brad Davis is by far one of the best salesman I have had the opportunity to meet. He took the time to find out what my husband and I were looking for in a new vehicle and found the perfect fit. We showed up at 10:30 on Saturday morning looking for Taylor who my wife had spoken with for a short period of time the day before. She had already gotten a couple vehicles lined out to look at and was Taylor who my wife had spoken with for a short period of time the day before. She had already gotten a couple vehicles lined out to look at and was prepared, no waiting. I through a monkey wrench in the works and gave her some new info on what i was looking for. With in ten minutes it seemed like she had us test driving the car that we ended up driving home. She gave us options to look at but her first recommendation was what my wife and i had fallen in love with, a 2013 Ford Escape. While the paper work was being completed i then asked about a possible car for my son to go off to college in next fall and to trade in my truck. The dealership was very quick with getting us a price for a trade and she started showing us possible vehicles to meet what my expectations for a college car was. Unfortunately none passed my sons review. By the time Mark had gotten done with paperwork with us Taylor had most of the staff trying to track down what my son may like. We left that evening with a possible vehicle for my son to look at on Monday. Monday morning came and the vehicle had been spoken for so Taylor presented one last car, 2004 Mustang, that was out of my price range but did meet what my son wanted. We talked several times on the phone and then her sales manager personally called and we were able to get the car into my range. We drove back down and with in the hour my son had rode with her and we where doing the trade. Really enjoyed looking at these cars at this dealership. Everyone was pleasant to talk to and had some of the sales team go out of the way to have conversations with us while we waited. Terry had pulled us over and was asking us about different ones that lived in our little town of Center. My wife and I was very impressed that they really seemed to want to know their customers. Impressed enough that we will be back to buy our next vehicle at this dealership. More

When you visit this dealership you are treated like family and all the sales people are very friendly. They listen to my needs and helped me find what i wanted and what was a good fit for me. I have bought my last 3 cars from Doug Mooney and will buy my next 3 cars from him! Doug is so friends and personable. He listens to what you want and never tries to put you into something you don't. Trust me, I think I looked at 6 or 7 different vehicles before I settled on my 2012 Explorer, and Doug was patient with me through them all, lol. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone but Doug, and any time someone says they are thinking about buying a car, I tell them to go to Machens and see Doug. And Grant in the finance department, he is world class. He worked hard getting me the car payment that I wanted, and did paperwork on a few different cars, too. Never a complaint, he just wanted to help me out the best he could, and I couldn't be happier. More
