In December, I made the decision to buy a Jaguar because I felt the need to be fancy (a need that later dissolved after all the trouble it caused). Even though I live in St. Louis, the process was very fast and easy. She always called back within five to thirty minutes with more ways to help me out. I knew I would be upside down on the Jaguar, but she and John Brown did their absolute best to make everything as painless as possible. I can't even begin to explain how helpful they have been - they went above and beyond to make sure that I was the number one priority instead of just trying to sell a car. Taylor pulled out every possible rebate that applied. I left the lot more than ecstatic that day with a 2014 Ford Fusion. Taylor has continued to check on me and make sure I'm still happy with the car, which I am. I actually love my new Fusion better than the Jaguar if you can believe it. My experience with Eric and David was subperb. Les was very helpful in finding us a car and narrowing down our options. We were unsure if we wanted a SUV or 4 door car and he showed us the different features each had to offer and let us test drive man down our options. He did a great job at only showing us cars that were in our budget and listened to what was important to us in a vehicle. He and the finance guy stayed late to make sure that everything was taken care of for us and that we were happy with everything and our purchase. We had to pick up our son and come back to pick up the vehicle after he got the Pro Pack and Les made sure the car was fully detailed and had even taken the time to install our son's car seat in it for us before we got back.
