From the initial phone conversation with Bruce to the signing of the paperwork with Charlie I could not have been more satisfied. Bruce was extremely friendly and explained everything about the car thoroughly. Bruce took the time to follow up with a phone call several days later to make sure everything was going ok with the new car. I feel everyone there went out of their way to make the whole experience as smooth and quick as possible.
