Terrible Service and no work done I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Joe Machens in because the a/c motor blower fan was not working. I knew this was wrong because I had the sa I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Joe Machens in because the a/c motor blower fan was not working. I knew this was wrong because I had the same issue about a year before and had to have it replaced. I brought it in on a Thursday and they said they would look at it and give me a call. Thursday afternoon I got a call saying it was the fan motor blower and they would have the part the next day. The next day I call in the late afternoon and they told me they did not get the part. I go and pick up my vehicle and they tell me they will have the part Monday. I said Thursday’s are my off days so I will bring it back the following Thursday. Well I walk in Thursday and the service writers acted like they had no idea who I was. They talked with the service manager Brandon and then asked me to have a seat in the waiting room and they would come get me when they got it figured out. About 20 minutes later they walk in and tell me that there was so much confusion because they don’t have the part and don’t really know what happened. So I take my vehicle back after 3 days of it being there. They tell me that they will have the part tomorrow morning by 8am and if I have my vehicle there they will get it done first thing. Well I bring my Jeep backfor the 4th day and check in with the service manager Brandon. He takes my keys and says to wait in the waiting area and we will come get you when it’s done. About 10 minutes later he comes and says that they did not get the part in. This is the 4th day I have been to Joe Machens and they just keep saying we didn’t get the part. At this point I told them I was done working with them and would not be back. While sitting in their parking lot I called Capital City Chrysler in Jefferson City and spoke with Wes. I told him what had taken place for the last week and 4 visits to Joe Machens. He said he would order the part and have it there early the next week. I explained that I am off on Thursday and would be done on that day. I took it to Capital City the following Thursday and they had the part and got it fixed in less than a day with absolutely no issues at all. I will never bring my vehicle back to Joe Machens again after this experience; I will take my Jeep to a dealer that actually cares about their customers and can get a simple job done in a reasonable amount of time. More
