Paint not sealed on hood causing bubbling This was a poor experience from the start. I came in with bubbles on the front of my 2017 Pacifica caused from the paint not sealing correctly. It to This was a poor experience from the start. I came in with bubbles on the front of my 2017 Pacifica caused from the paint not sealing correctly. It took over a month to get the hood. I had a rental car for about 3 weeks. At one point I called to check on the status because of VERY poor lack of communication from the service department and Jace didn’t even know my vehicle was on the lot! I was astonished that he thought I was driving my Pacifica when it was actually on their lot! I had issue with paint flaking off the back fender. That was fixed. I also had issue with the front passenger seat making a clicking noise. Jace and the service Manager said they didn’t hear any clicking noise. I asked Jace how big the person was that they tested the seat with and he said over 150 pounds. After coming to get the car, I knew my concerns had not been addressed and I had in fact been lied to by Jace and the service manager. So, while there I suggested we just take a drive in the parking lot to verify if the service manager could hear the clicking. To his surprise, (sarcasm), the service manager could hear the clicking noise in the seat when just moving in it. So, that took about another week to get fixed. Overall, the service department is a joke. My dad has done autobody for 30+ years and he was disgusted at such xxxx poor service. I would not ever recommend anyone making a purchase from this dealership, or get any autobody work done. My concerns were dismissed (until I was physically present to point them out) and I was lied to from the service technician all the way up to the service manager. If zero star rating was an option, I would have definitely selected it. More
Repair estimate charges Took car in for a repair estimate. Needed info to decide whether or not to trade or just fix up the old car. Was prepared to pay an hour labor for the estimate but was charged two hours labor just to get the estimate. They charged one hour of labor for each of the two issues we wanted estimates on. I feel like this is excessive especially when I basically told them what the car needed to have done in the case of one of our issues when I made the appointment. More

Recall Service Didn’t expect to spend the amount of time that I did dropping off my vehicle but was more establishing my information than anything.
