They gave it a good check over and noticed that one of my tires had a cut in We took the Jeep into Chrysler Service Department before a weekend trip. They gave it a good check over and noticed that one of my tires had a cut in the side wall. I asked if I needed to replace all the tires and they said no just the one and they would tell me when I needed to replace the others as I do my regular service there as well. They had the tire in stock and was quick to put it on for us. They even filled up our fluids and had it washed. They could have sold me a set of tires but didn't because they are honest and I put all my faith in them when it comes to keeping my Jeep on the road.
