Honesty is the best policy In for a routine oil change and I what I thought was need for rear brake pads on my 2013 Escape. Service adviser Ron Inman came to me while I was waiting and pointed out that rear pads still had plenty of life in them and no need to replace at this time. Saved me about $180.00. Very impressed with his honesty. More

This service call was handled in a perfect manner. The gentleman who handled my service request is the best. The other two people who sit ahead of him in the room line-up should be required to take le The gentleman who handled my service request is the best. The other two people who sit ahead of him in the room line-up should be required to take lessons and training from how to treat, deal with, and serve customers. His name might be Tim. He is friendly, conversant, pleasant, anxious to help, willing to take the job to a successful completion, thorough, and extremely helpful. None of this is true of the other the people who occupy the two desks in front of him. This is especially true of the person at the front of the room - the first person one meets when the come in from the door off of the garage area. You know exactly who I am speaking of. He mishandle my previous service call and three return calls for a satisfactory resolution to my problem are still unresolved. I have given up on this person or your company to be able to rectify what should have been a routine issue. Furthermore, I do not understand why your company resorts to a third party for the purpose of determining the level of my satisfaction of service. I am convinced that absolutely nothing will ever be done. Why do I say this? I've answered several of these inquiries as to my satisfaction. They stand by their work. I had Quick lube put 4 tires on the back of my dually. Drove it for 4 weeks. Found out tire size was a little off and was causing my engine and speed I had Quick lube put 4 tires on the back of my dually. Drove it for 4 weeks. Found out tire size was a little off and was causing my engine and speedometer to be off. Took to it back and they replaced with new even more expensive tires. They are very honest. More

Delighted with service at Machens Quick Car service I love having my car serviced at Machens Quick Car service. I can walk in, be greeted cheerfully, and be back in my fully-serviced car within a reason I love having my car serviced at Machens Quick Car service. I can walk in, be greeted cheerfully, and be back in my fully-serviced car within a reasonable time. At my latest visit, Jason took the time to explain what a 40,000 mile checkup entailed and what it would cost. He was patient and respectful and consulted with me when it became apparent that my tires showed wear and needed rebalancing. I agreed to the additional service and left there a very happy client. Next month I'm going back for that 40,000 mile service call. More
