Tim Taylor was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire process even though Ford tried to pull one over on me... again. Tim called to say my car needed an alignment and I approved the additional work only to see the paperwork at the end of the day that shows it did not need an alignment and they couldn’t prove they actually did one as the before and after numbers were identical. Manager never once came out to apologize or give any explanation. The only saving grace was Tim’s ability to show compassion, apologize, ask how he could make it right and truly make me feel like he cared. More
