Great for oil change, bad for tires These guys are great for a simple oil change, but not so great for tire selection or tire warranty coverage. I worked directly with Michelin to make s These guys are great for a simple oil change, but not so great for tire selection or tire warranty coverage. I worked directly with Michelin to make sure I had everything needed for my tire warranty claim and was good to go. These guys at Machens tried telling me I needed more and delayed my claim, after confirming with Michelin a second time, now the guys at Machens said I had everything needed (same stuff as before a day later). Apparently only one person can do these warranty claims as was not able to do it the next day delaying me another day with out my vehicle. Service was not a priority and I had to remain persistent to make sure my warranty claim was processed. The tire price was almost $20 higher per tire than other local dealers, they did price match though. They oil change sticker was also not replaced nor was the oil life setting reset. More
