Oops! Missed Something I usually only have praise for the Joe Machens delaershop and service department. This time I had the Works performed on my car and waited for them to I usually only have praise for the Joe Machens delaershop and service department. This time I had the Works performed on my car and waited for them to completed the work. The service was completed quickly and I was on my way. Why then the oops and the rating of 4: I asked to check for potential under carriage damage behind the right front wheel where one could see some material hanging down; Steve, the intake guy, said they would check and trim the hanging material appropriately. Unfortunately for Steve I received the invitation to rate the work minutes after I noticed this item was not completed: it looks like he did not add it to the work order. More

Quick and expertise service We brought my son's Ford Fusion in for service and a recall. My Lincoln needed the same recall service and without an appointment, they said drive it We brought my son's Ford Fusion in for service and a recall. My Lincoln needed the same recall service and without an appointment, they said drive it up. Maybe 10 minutes later (it was really quick), while eating a donut and drinking coffee, they were driving it around and we were ready to go. Thank you!! Two birds with one stone. Went OK I was in and out for the oil, lube & tire rotation within about 45 minutes. All went well and no issues found with vehicle. Happy with this visit. Fast and friendly service I called ahead to make sure the tires i needed were in stock. Angie helped to make sure they would be there when i brought my car in. My Excursion drives better than it ever. I've had a bad experience with the aftermarket wheels and tires that I put on my Excursion for the last two years. Four attempts by two different sho I've had a bad experience with the aftermarket wheels and tires that I put on my Excursion for the last two years. Four attempts by two different shops to balance the tires have been unsuccessful. I contacted Joe Machen's and talked to Steve Joplin about my frustration. Steve was a good listener and gave excellent feedback demonstrating that he understood the problem. The technician, James Wilbanks, discovered that in addition to the tires being improperly balanced, there were bad ball joints on the right side. Now that the repairs have been made and tires balanced and rotated my Excursion drives better than I expected. I'm absolutely thrilled. I believe the successful repair is due in no small part to the care-factor and professionalism of Steve and James. Thanks guys. More
