They were suppose to call us when it was finished because we were just walking around wasting time, over an hour and a half, but nobody called. We just happened to see it setting outside so we went in the office and nobody even acknowledged we were standing there. More

Lack of counmication and excessive repair times I purchased a brand new Ford Focus 2.5 years ago. My engine needed to be replaced, and due to numerous issues with Fords across the country, it took 9 I purchased a brand new Ford Focus 2.5 years ago. My engine needed to be replaced, and due to numerous issues with Fords across the country, it took 9 weeks to get the parts and repair my vehicle. I pay each month for an extended warranty and I was constantly made to feel as though the dealership was doing me a favor by providing me with a vehicle (keep in mind I pay for this service). I had to change out the first rental because I “had it too long.” At this point I was sent to a local car rental company who gave me a vehicle with expired plates. This resulted in yet another vehicle swap, and just getting the local Ford dealership to communicate with me was like pulling teeth. Terrible experience overall, and I can’t wait to get rid of this Ford so that I never have to deal with them again. More

Although the service took a pretty good hit on my wallet, the old truck runs like a champ. Well worth it to keep Bessie around a few more years. More
