Oil change service was good. Quick Lane service was good and vehicle was ready by the time I got off work. Disappointed that my Maintenance Required light was not reset. Lack of attention to detail After buying my Ford I wanted to take it to the Ford dealership thinking they would know my truck better than anywhere else however I've found issues After buying my Ford I wanted to take it to the Ford dealership thinking they would know my truck better than anywhere else however I've found issues each time I've brought one of my vehicles here. Just took my wife's Kia in for oil change and when I got home noticed a puddle under her car. The oil plug was very loose I was able to turn it finger tight 2 or 3 turns. I guess this is better than last time they changed her oil as they put the cartridge filter in backwards. On my truck it seems every time I get an oil change I get a small puddle in the garage and end up having to tighten the filter a half turn. I could go on with little issues and no free vacuum or car wash etc. I like the fact that your attached to Ford but I'm beginning to think i need to find a shop that takes the same pride as I do in my vehicles. More
