They ignored that request and removed it anyway only to tel him that it was fine and didn’t need replacement. By removing it, they broke something and didn’t know it. My husband left thinking everything was fine only to break down on the side of the highway. He called them and they came to him and took him home. They towed my car to the shop and had a part overnighted and it was fixed in the early morning hours the next day. More

They keep me informed about the condition of my tires, breaks, battery, and even wipers! They ask me before performing any service outside of what I've asked and even show me the filters to get my opinion before replacing them. They are very good at explaining things such as carbon buildup and how it will affect my car's performance. They also have a shuttle so that I can get to and from the office while they work on my car! I am very comfortable with all the staff that I've had dealings with and I've never felt pressured into doing or getting something I didn't feel was necessay. Overall complete care for me and my vehicle! More

Horrible experience Brought my vehicle in to have sunroof repaired. Sunroof issue is worse now than it was. Evening receptionist actually said to me that there was no way I was in the service department after 5pm, I must have been across the street at quick lane. Placed on hold for long period of time with no communication. Finally hung up and called back. Hold again for a long period of time. Hang up. Receive call back from SALES manager - Billy Underwood. He was passive aggressive, dismissive of my need to express my concerns, and very inappropriate in the things he said to me when he realized that he was not going to schmooze me with his fast talking bs. As soon as my warranty is up, I will NOT EVER do business with you again - be it purchasing a new vehicle or service repairs. I must say that Steve Joplin is a true gem and has been wonderful to work with. I greatly appreciate his desire to make things right and to LISTEN when I needed to say what I had to say.
