Did not perform work We called ahead of time to schedule an oil change and recall work. We specifically said we needed an oil change. There was also a recall on the truck that needed to be done that we requested to be done at the same visit as a convenience to us. We dropped the truck off the night before. We filled out the form indicating we needed an oil change and recall work done. We received a call telling us the service was done and our truck was ready. I went and picked the keys up at the end of the day. I realized they did not do an oil change like we asked. We needed the truck the next day and so I could not leave it there another day. Now we will be inconvenienced to go back for an oil change when it should have already been done. It is very frustrating that they did not do what we specifically asked them to do. More

Convenience is definitely not key I hate not being able to make an actual appointment for my vehicle. It’s not convenient to sit there for an unknown amount of time waiting on your veh I hate not being able to make an actual appointment for my vehicle.
