This May, Joe Heidt Motors is celebrating it's 66th year in business, and to this day the store is family owned and operated (now in our third generation!)
At first glance, you might not think we are a business in operation since 1958 - we boast a fresh, state-of-the-industry renovation, with interactive displays, a clothing and accessory boutique, all servicing done on location (no separate service centers to try and find!) and all the amenities the 2024 customer would expect. Cannot remember ever saying that about buying a car. Stephen did what he said he was going to do, was easily reachable, and just a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with my Passat. Car was ready when I arrived, all paperwork ready to go, and the car was clean as it could possibly be. Stephen also took his time showing me all various functions of the car. I will be back to Ramsey VW for another purchase. More

Called about getting on a reservation list for the 2024 ID.4 and spoke a not fully informed Sales Rep, was suddenly switched to the apparent Sales Manager. Rather adversarial from the get-go, knew less ab ID.4 and spoke a not fully informed Sales Rep, was suddenly switched to the apparent Sales Manager. Rather adversarial from the get-go, knew less about their production schedules and pricing vs 2023 than I did from prior research with other dealers. I was here yesterday with my mother and we had an employee named Richard. He didn't really know what he was talking about for the most part. Didn't even know if the seats moved back or not. His dad treated my mother awful and treated her like she didn't know anything and he knew everything. He didn't treat me much better either. I wish we got better treatment here.
