The Service dept caused $5,000 in repairs, to my car, AFTER replacing a bad motor, recalled by Hyundai. The motor was only 4 years old. The Service manager Refused to make it right,, very rude and completely lied to me or scam me by trying to charge me an additional $1,000 for repairs that didn't exists. Very incompetent! The Manager at Joe Cooper would not return my calls, even though I was guaranteed, by the staff, he was receiving my messages. Absolutely, NO stars from me! More
