Bought a used car a few months ago. The car wasn’t cleaned, didn’t have hardly any gas in it, and immediately started having issues. We scheduled repairs right away and got it back to them after a couple weeks. I get an email, not even a phone call saying it needs over 3k in repairs and I have to pay for it. They won’t even work anything out, told me it’s just the cost of buying a used car. I’ve never been treated so bad by a company before. I will not be doing business at Joe Cooper anymore and recommend no one else do business there either. More

It wasn't until I pointed at the Ford special rate of 2.9 that they said "oh, you qualify for that, would you like that rate instead?" why can't they be honest and transparent? Don't even get me started on the high pressure finance guy selling extended warranties. What part of "NO!, not interested" don't you understand? More

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. If you like to deal with salesmen with absolutely no integrity, then this would be the place for you. We found a truck online and inquired about its availability, I was contacted within five minutes by Mason Martinez via text that it was indeed still available. I don't mind communicating via text or email cause especially in this case I have a paper trail of everything. I told him from the second text that I would be using my credit union to finance this vehicle, but only if we could agree on a price. Well after a few back and forths we finally did agree on a price, which I have on my phone via text messages. I secured the financing through my credit union and was told by the dealer that they couldn't take that, they would still need to run our credit again at the dealership. Didn't like or understand it, but I told them they can only run it once and that was it. Well, they ran it, same credit union I had already been approved, but now at a 4% increase in the rate I was offered by my credit union directly. Plus, they wouldn't honor the price that was promised and agreed upon, which once again I received from the salesmen Mason Martinez. I still have this agreement on my phone. After bringing out three finance people to try to strong arm us, with the salesmen Mason Martinez standing there not telling any truth to the deal, we decided to just leave and not EVER do business with someone like this. If I can help one person not go through what my wife and I went through today, and be treated like garbage by a business, then I consider this review a win. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS CAR DEALER. DISHONEST, NO INTEGRITY. If I could have given them zero-star rating, I would have. More

"It was. I wish you nothing but the worst Joe" There you go. No further comments are necessary...... Contacted Ford directly but haven't heard back from them. More
