Trust & Integrity are Worth the Drive The service department at Joe Cooper Yukon is top notch. As a single woman, I have had shops in OKC attempt to charge for unneeded repairs. On the rare occasion (twice in 8+ years) something has gone wrong after a service appointment, they made it right. Service on F150 Platinum Normally a very good service department but can only give 4 stars as this particular visit took longer than normal & disappointing that I was not kept Normally a very good service department but can only give 4 stars as this particular visit took longer than normal & disappointing that I was not kept updated on what was going better. I had to stimulate most of the calls & certainly leaves room for reasonable doubt. Just a case of having too many jobs to do & being a little undermanned. Still a good service department with a great service manager just need a little more help & refresher on customer interaction at service advisor level!! More
