I have never been more disappointed. I have been taking my car here for years and even had family going here for the same. Took my truck in for routine maintenance and to get a sunroof leaking issue fixed. my car here for years and even had family going here for the same. Took my truck in for routine maintenance and to get a sunroof leaking issue fixed. Walked away with a completely busted sunroof that now doesn't keep water out or work at all for that matter. Will cost me $3000 to fix it. I also got a false inspection that said my brakes were at 80% when they were at 30%. The service manager Don tried hard to fix the problem, but at that point I was done. I cant trust a place that lies to me, and potentially put my family's safety at risk. Getting rid of the car, and going to another dealer from now on. I will NEVER go back. More
As always I had a great experience with the Service Dept. Jody went out of her way to expedite the work being done on my truck and when it ended up taking much longer than expected she apologized and gave me Jody went out of her way to expedite the work being done on my truck and when it ended up taking much longer than expected she apologized and gave me a certificate for a no charge oil change. Recognizing that a customer's time is valuable is a good benchmark for calculating how much a dealership actually cares about their customers. More

Bad customer service Received a re-call in the mail on my work vehicle. Made appointment to have the vehicle service at 8 o’clock in the morning. Asked the service man how Received a re-call in the mail on my work vehicle. Made appointment to have the vehicle service at 8 o’clock in the morning. Asked the service man how long would fix take, as he met me at my vehicle. He informed me it should only take a couple of hours. At 11:30 I got a phone call the dealership that the vehicle was complete and come pick it up. Got back to the dealership by 11:51 and was told by a service department that they could not do any work on the vehicle for another 3000 miles. So it them 3.5 hours to do nothing on the vehicle. Thank you, Joe Cooper for wasting my time, and the money i could have been making this morning. Hopeful someone read this and goes somewhere else for their service. More

Great Service I haven't always had good service from dealership service departments but Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon is different. Doug Smereck, Service Advisor, went above and beyond to make my service visit go as quickly as possible. Even though I had a later appointment, Doug was able to work me in to an earlier time slot which saved me valuable work time. He handled all of the details himself and made sure my truck was washed, something which has not happened during my last several visits to the dealership. I appreciate his attention to detail and customer satisfaction. More

They keep dropping the ball and since this is a safety issue I guess now our only resort left is to contact the corporate office and an attorney simce it seems they are refusing to take care of a safety recall. After making the 30 minute drive was told by service department that they couldn’t get window people there until later this afternoon but that I could call them myself if I wanted to. Now I have to drive even further to the glass replacement place just to get a new windshield when I purchased replacement insurance through Joe Cooper. No apology or compensation for my time considered. While I had a great experience with the sales team the service department has not been a good on several occasions. There always seems to be an excuse. More
