Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon: Where Exceptional Service Saves the Day (and Your Wallet)! As a recent transplant to Oklahoma, I was nervous about finding a trustworthy service station for my 2014 Ford Focus, e the Day (and Your Wallet)! As a recent transplant to Oklahoma, I was nervous about finding a trustworthy service station for my 2014 Ford Focus, especially with my extended warranty nearing its expiration. I decided to give Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon a shot, and I’m so glad I did! The incredible team of Lauren Caudal and Don Randall went above and beyond, battling my warranty provider to ensure they honored the necessary repairs. When the dust settled, a $4,769 bill was reduced to just $165 out of my pocket. My car was back to perfect, and I was thrilled! Fast forward seven months, and my Focus started having electrical issues. I returned to Joe Cooper, where Don and Lauren were quick to assess the problem. They warned me it could be a minor fix or something major. They started by replacing the TCM, which was covered by an expiring Ford recall—talk about timing! When that didn’t solve the issue, Ryan Dempsey, who I’m convinced is the electrician equivalent of an elite special forces operative, stepped in. He immediately pinpointed a faulty fuse hidden deep under the battery. A few hours later, my car was fixed, and the cost? Nothing but a handshake from Don! Joe Cooper Ford’s team is professional, honest, and relentless in ensuring their customers are taken care of. Whether it’s fighting warranty battles or tackling tricky electrical issues, they’ve earned my trust for life. If you’re in Yukon and need auto service, this is the place to go! More
I scheduled service with the Edmond location but they had no appoints available. They then scheduled service for Yukon location at 11:00am. I arrived to being told it will be 3 hours before they can get to no appoints available. They then scheduled service for Yukon location at 11:00am. I arrived to being told it will be 3 hours before they can get to me. I questioned the appointment validity and was told they had more work and that appointments are basically useless. I would not have driven from Edmond all the way to Yukon to be treated like this. I left and will never be back!! Great representation of the company!!!! More

I wouldn't do business with a Joe Cooper dealership if it was the last one on earth. I took a new car with a few thousand miles to the service department. It should have been under warranty. They came back t was the last one on earth. I took a new car with a few thousand miles to the service department. It should have been under warranty. They came back to talk with me and claimed it had rat damage and the part alone would cost over $700. It was kept in a garage in a new home with no rat or mouse infestation. I took it there to see why the check engine light was on. Instead of letting them charge me on a new car under warranty, I took it to another shop and they located the problem. The sensor was unplugged! Cost me nothing to plug it in!!! The mechanic at Joe Cooper was either lazy, inept or just dishonest. If or when I decide to buy another car it will not be from a Joe Cooper dealership. They are always trying to up sale, find problems that don't exist and swindle people out of money. More

Took my 2014 Mustang GT almost 30,000 miles in for an oil change. I told them not to rotate the tires. I have 275/40 on the back and 245/45 in the front. I brought the car home and put it in the garage. change. I told them not to rotate the tires. I have 275/40 on the back and 245/45 in the front. I brought the car home and put it in the garage. I rarely drive it. After the oil change whenever I did drive it, something didn't feel right. I was polishing it up today to drive it this week. I notice that they did rotate the tires. They put the wide tires on front and the smaller ones on back. How could you not notice the size difference when doing the rotation, especially if you rotate tires often. How do you not know that the wider tires go on back on a Mustang GT. Probably not really paying attention to what he was doing. Fortunately I have floor jack and the tools to fix it. My conundrum is: do I keep letting them service my car or go somewhere where they pay attention to what they are doing. I will be calling tomorrow when they are open. More
I purchased two vehicles over last few years at the dealership… I had to replace the passenger mirror and part told me I needed an additional $20 part …. That I did not need … when I went to take it ba dealership… I had to replace the passenger mirror and part told me I needed an additional $20 part …. That I did not need … when I went to take it back … I apparently opened the plastic bag package wrong way and they would not take the return. This post is not about $20 as I have spent way more than that with this dealership. It is about customer service…. If they will not do what’s right over $20 what will they do when there is a real issue. I will not be giving them anymore of my business. More

Four days after including the weekend I received nothing but open communication and interest attitude to get me thru this dates while my car was in the shop waiting on a mechanical part to arrive. Darcy communicated with me via text since day one (he texted me an hour after I dropped off my car to the shop). My wife and I are a professional busy couples that our time is gold like every hard working Law Abiding Citizen in this community therefore I have not time to write good nor bad experiences online (reviews), but this treatment in which is the typical treatment we've always received the few times we have visited Joe Cooper Yukon Service Department.
